Moral polinig and Giving more teeth to the police, but at the same time no ban or opposing those instigating the desires of sex such as the adult movies, the sex magazines, the revealing posters, the adult publicity, the adult TV channels and everywhere.
Hence it won't work. There seems lack of sincerety.

It is prohibited & illegal morally, ethically, religiously & logically as God has nat made man & woman for such sale of chastity indicating the seller has no self esteem , dignity & honour & is not able to differentiate between a human being & an animal of jungle. If one is not agreed, will the same person like her young sister to be so ?

It is only the organized commercial exploitation of women for money using their bodies for sex which is prohibited. If any women chooses to live as a prostitute by herself there is no law against this as long as she does'nt solicit in public places. In fact the govt. is ammending the immoral trafic act to de-criminalise prostitution and not make the women liable in any way for living as a prostitute.

Because sex worker is selling his body to earn money which is very unethical and against the norms set by the society in which we live

any thing immoral is termal illegal. Similar immoral acts include stealing, cheating etc. Some countries do not consider sex working as immoral, so in those countries it s legal. It is a matter of defining what is immoral and moral in the eyes of the law.

it is older than the marriage custom.
