It depends on which supreme court you are referring to.

In the US, there are 51 supreme courts -- one federal US Supreme Court, and one supreme court for each state.

In the US, there are 9 Justices on the US federal Supreme Court.

The organizations of the other state supreme courts vary, as do the organizations of the supreme courts of other countries.
