This girl throws rocks at my house and terrorizes my animals. When they hear her coming, they will hide in terror, even though my yard is fully enclosed. She will come right up to my gate with a dog and stand there to intimidate. Her father has a crimminal record. He yells nasty names as he drives by and acts threatening. I think he's putting her up to it.

I would recommend contacting the police. Get proof of some sort of illegal behavior if possible (pictures or video). If her father is acting in a threatening manner, you might have a legal case against him as well... does he threaten you or your property with harm? If so, definitely call the police! Video would be great in this case as well — it is always good to have proof of your claims. Even cheap digital cameras take tolerably good video.

The police is the best solution. If you want you can call social services and report both father and daughter, anonymously of course.

When you see her again or has soon has you see her call your local sheriffs department tell them everything she is doing and you want to press charges and also let them know her father is a men with problem, he does not care what she does and that he nows she is doing this but does not do anything about it.

go to your local police there are laws pertaining to this type of behavior. if you are afraid for your life they will probably post some sort of protection. make sure you have witnesses and not family members. but someone who is trustworthy.
