You could move out to live with an Aunt or Uncle or other relatives, yes, but you can not move out on your own. You're a minor.

Nope, not unless you were going to live with an aunt or something in that country. You can move out anywhere legally as long as you have your parents permission and are going to live with an adult but you can't move out by yourself :-)

I would think that the parent is responsible until 18 in most states . At 13 that is young , you wouldnt want to be by yourself . Unless there is a situation and if there were , they have places all over where u can go for help if need be.

In the world of possibilities sure...it's possible. Is it likely....no. Your parents are responsible for you and your actions until you reach the age of majority (18). If you are certain that you want to be removed from their care custody and control then you would need to petition a court asking the court to emancipate you.
I'm not sure of your personal situation but the court would be looking at all aspects of your ability to take care of yourself on your own...this means maturity, stability, financial, educationally, housing....all those things that parents provide to a minor.
If your home life is not tolerable and your parents are agreeable to letting you move out of their sphere of influence then I would suggest that you and they talk with another relative...grandparent, uncle, aunt that might be willing to assume care custody and control of you until you get a little older.
Make sense?

You are legally under the control of your parents until the age of 18, then you can do what you like.
So be a good little kid or they might call social services to deal with you!

yes you can, you pretty much "divorce" your parents, I do not remember the actual term for it. But it depends do you want to move out because you want or because they mistreat you?
