I recently find out a sick guy living on the opposite department puts a small DV on his window video-taping my room all day, and he intentionly camouflages the lens with drapes. I am really sure that he is doing something disgusting with those tapes(i am naked in my room), and i am afraid that he might upload it on the internet.
We both live on the 4th floor and my window has no shutters(rented department ) which faces directly towards his window.
Is he violating any law?

I am the mom of 3 beautiful kids and my ex is taking me to court and trying to get custody of the kids in order to try to stop me from moving out of state (through the permission of the court) due to the fact that I cannot afford it in CA becuase he pays little to no support. The only thing he does have on me is that my oldest is late to school often. I am trying to juggle raising three kids on my own and a full-time job (which he does not have). Is this something that could make me lose custody?

I asked a question earlier about a marijuana charge and it blew my mind how quick people are to call me a criminal and an addict. That leads me to my three part question-
A: I was not driving, was anyone actualy endangered by my actions of having enough for one personal sesion?

B: Does anyone who has ever drank alcohol in their life have any right to stigmatize me?

C: Why can't people answer a legitimate legal question without passing personal judgements?

I purchased a house. two rooms have no air. the contractor came out to look at it and fix it the first year after purchased, and in the process he fell thru the ceiling and never came back to fix it. can i now sue him. It is still not fix. I reported it to the homeowner ins. organization year 2, but they wanted me to pay 5,000.00 at the time and i did not have that kind of money. what should i do now???

Agreements , Written
Contracts, Promissory
Notes , Open
Accounts . I have done none of these things with this company,does anyone know how i can find out what it is?(statue of limitations)

Many upper class people have been convicted of major crimes and many of them get a pardon or end up in a prison of their choice where they can get away with many things, others don't even serve time and the middle class people and the poor do little things and get long prison terms. Worst that all, nobody does nothing about it !!! Don't even think about it until it hits home. Is this equal rights?

Does the power of attorney appoint someone to handle their affairs . Should everyone who has responsibilities to others always have this form filled out and should family be clued into who is appointed ? I went to Sams with my family. You know how when you leave there are people that stand and check your recipt. Well the man in front of us was older so she walked up to him and a super loud alarm went off. I thought someone had stolen something from sams but then she said, "Oh no i stepped out of my box. My manager is going to be mad." When we looked at the floor sure enough there was a light square about 1x1. What are we turning into treating a human being like a dog! To tell you the truth my dog lives a better life than that. Can you imagine the pain her feet are feeling not walking around all day. What about human rights?? By a group of Mexicans, asking him what a bboner, asking him to suck their penis, and asking him who he wwanted to have sex with. They also hinted a threat to him, forcing him NOT to tell what they said to ANYONE (friends, parents, school staff, police, etc.) Now, for some reason, he opened up, and we're wondering what to do. He said most of this stuff goes on in P.E. (before, during, and after)


We thought about giving him a tape recorder. We are going to have him turn on the tape recorder as he approaches them and record the sexual harrassment (he said it happens on a daily basis), then tell them he was going to have a chat with the principal, "about what was going on the last 3 months", and get specific about what kind of harrassment was happening, and go on about his day. He asked, what should I do if they threaten me, we told him to say, "is that a threat? Should I talk to the principal". Then, we take the recording to the principal and police and have the kids arrested.

If 'some' father wants daughter(26) to get married to a guy and don't want her to study more, pressurise her for it, spends money to buy expensive items for another sibling BUT don't give her a singal penny for filling entrance exam form,to get petrol filled in her vehical,for books, misbehaves,shouts aloud and slaps her,says'' get out of my house!''.It becoms so embrassing,seems like either get married or no way is there to live.
If she is 26 yr old why can't she get married at 29 after studies to 29-30 yr old guy?why so much to worry?
*No! in her custom ladies are not allowed to study after marriage and that can't be changed.*
For bank finances,I think they don't finance entrance exams or petrol of vehical or daily expenses.What if she want to give entrance exam first?
CAN'T SOME MAGISTRATE ORDER THIS KIND OF FATHER TO BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH HER DAUGHTER and help her for further studies as he is RICH & CAPABLE enough to do that?
Isn't it DOMESTIC VIOLENCE kind of in India?advise.

I selected an item found in a store showroom & discussed what I needed with the store manager. Store sent installer - at additional cost - to my home to measure. (Manager said if by doing this, if there was a mistake, I would be protected for any errors.)

When Item was deliverd, it was not what I presumed I ordered. Manager says, too bad, I signed the order form saying no changes. Now I am stuck with something in my home that I cannot use and I am out of my money also - almost two thousand dollars. I feel cheated and swindled. I want what I thought I ordered, or I want my money back.

How can I sucessfully sue the store by myself? How do I find out who actually owns the store? What amounts of money limits are there in small claims court? Is there a jury or only a judge to decide? Are there any damages involved? I would prefer to use a lawyer, but the expense would probably be more that of the item purchased. Any suggestions?

If someone messages you on Yahoo messenger and you tell them to stop and every once in a while they say "hey" or something and you tell them to stop, can you take legal action against them and would it hold up in court? Or because you could simply block them ruin the case?
