you have to petition the court and explain to a judge what is going on and it is not easy as it has to be good enough to convince a judge that you are old enough to take care of yourself. good luck .

You will have to see a lawyer. One of the rules for emancipation is (I believe) is that you must be able to conclusively prove that your parents are not providing you with the necessities of life. If you want to be emancipated for the sole reason that your family is moving and you don't want to, that would make things more difficult. Good luck.

You have a job and a place to live basically. But you do not have to be emancipated to stay with another family with your families permission. Do you have relatives you could stay with or friends?

My best advice is to get a lawyer and have him petition the court much like your parents would if they were divorcing. If you can't afford a lawyer try legal aide.
