My friend has a knowingly cause murder charge and has done 7 years and my have 7 more, He has a appeal coming I just wanted to know what will happen! and by the way my friend is not a killer he was defending a little child!!!! and in the heat of the moment things happened! Real hard story!

here is the thing i was looking to purchase the brand new t mobile wing smart phone, they are not in stores yet but people are selling them on ebay for like 470 to 600 dollars so i found a site off of craigslist selling them for 249 dollars so im thinking maybe they are stolen which doesnt concern me that much a savings is a savings but when i did the account thing and processed the payment via visa check card it said whoops the session timed out so it was like none of my info registered but when i went to take a look at my account it shows where the transaction took place but has not went through sort of like a waiting period , what can i do to stop it or get my money back because the seller isnt answering my emails?

i had to reopen my claim after they said i needed my moms divorce paper work clear in los angeles ca, this was the reason my claim was denied,yea sounds like crap but is true.why would they want this and are they just rtying to stall my claim, iam a 60 yr old viet nam vet , they take good care of my medical needs but i guess they want to do die first then pay up lol.

I found a website -- sell.com -- that sells TV series DVDs. I e-mailed one seller and asked if these were original dvds or burned/downloaded. He e-mailed me that the dvds were not commercially available, which didn't answer the question. I then googled using the site name and found a Q & A website about people who bought DVDs from the site and they all claimed it was legal? Can anyone explain this?

A woman can have a day-after-pill or an abortion even if the father wants the child to be born. So she can have careless wanton drunken unprotected one-night-stand sex, with a man she does not love, and can still get away with it, if another human life is created out of her whim and fancy. "It’s her body" and abortion is legalized

So shouldnt there be a law which states unless the women procure a written agreement for child support, before the time for legal abortion is over, she has no right to ask for child support?

You have birth control, use it You don’t want to go through an abortion but cant care for the child either or dont want to keep it? Give it away. And if he wants to sign the paper till after the DNA test, well, go for abortion if you do not want to take the risk

In addition she passed away when I was a teenager, in 1988.It hurts me to think she didn't care enough to leave any provisions for me. I wound up living with a biological father I didn't even know.. that only lasted a couple of months- then I was on my own. Her children turned their noses up at me, once she died.

Being as the only sound justification has been to prevent inc3st related "mutations" which have never been proven to actually occur, what if the couple was gay or used contraceptives? What excuse remains other than that you just don't like it and think you need to force your ways on other people in their own home, in their own bed, over their own s3xual organs?

In many states consensual inc3st is a felony.

If laws exist which protect society against anything deemed socially unacceptable won't that just prevent progress?

I gave my friend some money to beat up an old friend of mine who got mad at me for no reason and started saying mean things about me behind my back. I wanted to beat up the girl talking about me by myself but she knows me and I know she is the type to call the cops. I will lose my nurses license if I get an assult charge, so I paid my friend to beat her up instead. Hi I have been working security nearly 3 years now.
During that time I have had to hold back security guards from recklessly assaulting members of the public many many times.
Recently I went to a club I used to work at after school for a quite drink...
About 6 racists tried to fight us when we were in there because me and my friend were ethnic...
When we defended ourselves all the security guards started fighting with me and my friend at one point one security guard was holding me while the other was trying to knock me out while the members of the public were still trying to fight us as well...
The club owners erased the tapes and the police decided there was inconclusive evidence to charge anyone.
The owners got all smart and cocky when I tried to make a complaint.
So what I am thinking is either firebomb the hotel or just beat the bouncers heads in with a baseball bat.
Either way they destroyed my life by sending me to hospital with concussion and the amount of school I have missed,
