If you are a Westerner, not many.

Look at your contract, most employers who take people overseas have a signed contract which outlines duties, and responsibilities. It generally also covers termination and separation.

Some companies will provide transportation back to the country of origin on termination.

But if you quit, your employer might well consider that you have voided the contract and they are not obliged to send you home.

So read your contract carefully.
