For every man who becomes a legal adult, and any man at any age, can opt to have steralization and the government will give them 5k. What do you think?

No, I don't see why taxpayers should pay a bonus for sterilization.
I am all for mandatory sterilization for any man OR woman who repeatedly have children that they can not or will not support, however.

That has already been found to be unacceptable by both the US Supreme Court and the American Medical Association. For more information, contact your state's board of Medical Examiners.
