No. No right can be "PROVEN" by any system.

Let's take a single issue and examine it a little: abortion.

There are millions of people who see a woman's decision to have an abortion as absolute. It's up to her. If she's married, her husband has no say. If she's 12 years old, her parents have no say. If she's too poor to afford it, the taxpayers have to pay for it and have no say.

On the other hand, there are millions of people who see the fetus as having it's own rights. One of them is the right to live.

Which side is right? Or is it both? Or is it neither?
