This is a probate court order for my son whom is now 18 years old. The attorney that was over his estate has not been very helpful, and I am not sure about the amount she is submitting to court for finalizing, She also has appointed someone else to complete the order since she is no longer practicing law as of Mar 8, 2007. Where can I get good advice?

I work for a company that provides chair massage to companies in Maryland. We address a variety of aches and pains but for the most part just provide a nice 15 minute relaxation massage. There is no insurance work involved. Some of our clients are regulars but we also get many non-repeating ones. The State of Maryland requires that notes be kept on all massages, retained for 5 years and made available to a client upon request. There has been some disagreement as to whether we can write our notes as a running log by shift or if we have to keep a separate note on each person. Any input into this matter would be appreciated.

I moved a car of a friend of mine for a practical joke.

Basically we were in class in college, and when we were leaving a friend handed me this guys keys and said "itd be funny if you moved his car".

I moved his car from one car park to another one literally around the corner. Myself and my friends all found this very amusing but the person who owned the car didnt see the funny side and threatened to tell the police I was joyriding his car, driving without a licence and driving his car without permission.

Im 18 from Northern Ireland and was wondering, in reality, what the worst that can happen to me is.

Thanks :)

Me and a friend are about to enter into a small business venture together. We do not want to waste capital by paying for a solicitors time, however we would like to draft a contract between us. If we draft a script / intent and both sign it with witnesses present, along with the witnesses signature, will the contract be legally binding?

This sentence appeared in an English paper in Japan. I wonder "guilty" should be "not guilty" to make it make sense. Please teach me. Thanks

Generally speaking, ordinary people tend to find it difficult to accept the notion that suspects are innocent until proven guilty. It is important that lawyers keep this point in mind when defending suspects.
