i had to reopen my claim after they said i needed my moms divorce paper work clear in los angeles ca, this was the reason my claim was denied,yea sounds like crap but is true.why would they want this and are they just rtying to stall my claim, iam a 60 yr old viet nam vet , they take good care of my medical needs but i guess they want to do die first then pay up lol.

Yes, they are stalling. That's a common tactic when dealing with VA, and also with SS. I strongly suggest you get an attorney. You may be able to receive payment from the time you FIRST filed your claim.

You need to contact a veterans service organization, such as the DAV, VFW, AMVETS etc... They have people there that will help for free, and will represent you in front of a VA board. You can also hire a private attorney who specializes in VA claims.

Wish you luck. I talked a lot of people which said VA is picky about disalibity claims.
