I reported an assault video to the Corona police in California, it’s a kid(12 years old) being so vicious assaulted that he even threw up from pain. The offender did that just for fun and even in front of many class mates. It happened in a public park, so it’s the police responsibility. The kid didn’t report the offender, but there are many reasons why victims don’t report offenders and fear is just one of the reasons, and he is a minor so his parents or legal guardians must be informed OF THE VIDEOS, informed by the police. And that was all I wanted, for the police to inform the parents, I don’t need to know what the parents decide to do or what happens, but the police just ignored this incident!!!

How can I report the police???
Thank you.

I was recently overcharged at CVS for three items that where listed on sale in the weekly ads. I argued with the cashier and then the manager that this is consistently happening at CVS. I remember watching a news report about new federal laws that punish grocery stores for scanning sale items for higher prices since it is widely occuring and stores are making more money off of unknowning consumers. Does anyone know what this federal law is? Like the name of it and a link to an explanation of what it covers? I want to call lCVS corporate and complain with some legal support. Thank you

The situation is that the Mormon Church discriminated against me twice on the basis of criminal back ground and mental illness. After convincing me that baptism into their Church was the only way into Heaven, they told me that I could not get baptized because I was on parole. This caused me alot of emotional anguish because my crime was triggered by abuse. They offered no counceling services for the intense emotions brought up when my Salvation was postponed and criticized me for calling the missionaries all the time crying. Then almost a year later when I got off parole, I was denied baptism on the basis of mental illness. I'm Bipolar and they said that I might not be accountable for my sins and would not be able to keep a covenant with God. All the improvements I made didn't please them. I have no written proof that they discriminated against me.

I think this might reduce the number of child molesting priests, and create a more natural lifestyle for priests. NOTE: I am not catholic.

I had a trust account set up by my grandfather on my dad's side. My mom and dad are not together. In fact, they were never married. Anyway, my mom and I live in California and my dad moved to Nebraska a few years after I was born. So I hardly know the guy.

I kept getting these papers from Franklin-Templeton saying I had a trust account set up for me. The last statement I received had a balance of over $9000. This was right before my 18th birthday. Shortly thereafter, my dad wrote me a letter saying he was transferring the money to a higher-yielding account and that I would receive my money at age 21 as my sister did.

My sister died of cancer a few years prior, so I could never confirm with her whether she received the money at age 18 or 21. For some stupid reason, I just took my dad's word for it.

Well, I just turned 21 and I still don't have the money. What should I do? The money is granted to me in my grandfather's will (which I have a copy of).

I have recently become responsible for selling my disabled grandmothers' house after the death of my grandfather. I have no legal authority to do so, but my mother is emotionally incapable of handling the situation and needs me to take care of it. A neighbor has approached with a price, however I do not know if it is a fair price. My grandmother is mentally handicapped due to a stroke and wants twice the price he has offered. She is incapable of understanding "fair market value" or the negotiations, but has the legal authority to completely destroy any negotiations I undertake with the neighbor. To further complicate the matter, the house is in terrible condition and is over 2 hours away from where I live. I cannot spend the time, money, or effort to fix it up. It needs to be sold "as is." This problem has been hanging over my family for a year and a half. I need information on what I am legally able to do to settle this for good.

I am currently cleaning out my house to move. I was a lawyer, and still have all of my files (hundreds). They are mostly from the 60's and 70's and many of these people are deceased. How long do I have to keep these files? Can I just throw them out? Do I need to shred them? Thanks!

I am 16 right now but i am looking to pay my father back for what he has done to my family and I as soon as i turn 18. These are my reasons.
Well for starters, my mother cant try to get custody for my two little sisters because he told her that if she did, he would kill her and she already has what I guess you can call a piece treaty against him. He has messed me up emotionally by abuse. verbal and physically. he has beat me with chairs, choked me against the wall, ripped an belly button ring out of my stomach, which ripped the skin. I was about ten and he used to wake me and all of my sibblings up and forced us to drink jack daniels. He would threatin to beat us if we refused. sold pot in front of me and my sibblings.(bagged it up, seperated it.) Had his friends smoke crack in front of me and my siblings. I have mental issues now. I have cut, faught with my mother, and start fights with other people. there is so much more.

The charge is now being changed to first degree murder. I don't know what to with the rest of my time after I get off work. He was my heart. This foundation will benefit babies and children who suffer from brain damage and mothers who've been displace because of abuse. It will also allow for relocation to start over again. I think and also believe that there is more than likely at least one of these types of people living in one house on one block of most neighborhoods! I had one in my old neighborhood...the fellow was a terrific hoarder..the neighbors watched out for one another..and they would always call the fire department on this man(who was a professor at a local university) Mr,Collector would collect newspapers stacked high up to the ceilings! among other things..but, the papers were pretty dangerous!

then there was another neighborhood, of an ex-boyfriends', there was a "anything type" of hoarder...collecting planting pots, and string, and sticks and lots of other things, that I really didn't know about!

So, what about you all, anybody in your neighborhood with these tendencies and what do you do, or have you done regarding these persons?
if anything? andy why or why not?

There is a major issue at my place of work regarding scheduling. I do not typically receive my schedule for any given week (Sunday-Saturday) until the Friday before the week starts. Thus, I only have one day of notice as to when I work on any Sunday. Surely there must be some sort of labor law that dictates how far in advance employees are supposed to post schedules for part-time employees with variable shifts. I have tried searching online, but haven't been able to find any information. I live in Oregon, if it's any help.

A leader when provoked, responded in the same way and got caught by the leadership and got suspended along with the person who provoked. Is it justifiable? If the provoker and the provoked are equal in commiting the crime , the above statement is wrong. This has contemporary relevance.

You always see in movies people placing their hand on a bible and swearing to tell the truth before taking the witness stand...
but what if they're an Atheist? I'm assuming that with other religions they will place their hands on the corresponding holy book.
So what does an Atheist swear on before testifying in court?

People who lived in the 60's and 70's can tell you crime was much more of a problem in their time than it is now. All crime figures show crime has gone especially murder and rape the two crimes people fear the most. Yet people always say you never know with crime now a days.
