Coordinate with your husband to make sure that your child will be brought to school daily. There must be a will to do it, otherwise, the case will be submitted to court because something must be done.

Since your son has been subjected to so much bullying and now he's having anxiety issues, it's possible he's just unable to go to school. I would suggest taking him to a therapist to help him with the anxiety and they could help him with all he's been through. Another idea is to home school your son or if you can afford it maybe a private school. It's really so sad that bullies get away without punishment and your son has to suffer and now the school is being a bully to you.

How old is the child and what grade is he in? Why is he being bullied?I think there are a lot more questions than information, understanding the fact that thatyou are anxious and overwroughtover the situation.

Hire someone to take him to school and stick by his side at all times - tell the kid that when he stays in school and behaves himself you will not have to have a babysitter. This person can deflect most bullying.

Or hire a tutor and just teach him at home where no one will bully him.
