Florida Statute 322.264 "Habitual Traffic Offender", a felony charge.

It is a long statute... but here are the highlights:

In a five year period:

Vehicle homicide

Use a vehicle in the commission of a felony

Leaving the scene of an accident with death or injury

Fifteen or more convictions for moving violations. (ie traffic tickets).
