If you have a witness that he was not parked in a legal spot you should then bill him for your car .~~

In a situation like this the police are the ones that are at fault. I think that the guy being parked in the right of way is illegal, especially since you could not get around. Due to the weather conditions it also makes his car difficult to see.

You not having insurance will cost you plenty. The police being called will save you a lot more trouble than trying to settle with the guy. He can drag it out and keep trying to sucker you out of more money. If you are at fault legally, then yes you will have to pay his damages. If he has any fault in the matter then that gets ironed out in court. However since you didn't call the police at the time of the accident there may be trouble determining fault.

At this point to save you the pain of everything that could happen you may be better to call the police after the fact and try to do the right thing. You can pay out your fines etc. and if he has insurance he should have something called uninsured motorists, which will pay for his damages and then you have to settle with his insurance company. I had to do that back in January.

At this point you are going to get screwed financially either way. The insurance on your car would have been cheaper than the money you will now have to pay.

Well, I placed my proper leg then left leg in nowdays. But whilst I put on heels I do it like your spouse. I dont rather recognize why, it simply occurs that approach. I lately retired whilst I grew to become forty one so I do not put on heels plenty anymore. I like barefoot riding the first-rate. Oh guy, that's the lifestyles! But I suppose it can be unlawful so I maintain my clogs or turn flops near! Driving with top heals is rough, plus it messes up your shoe heels, particularly for those who force a handbook....

Looks like you are at fault. You have to consider the road conditions and slow down accordingly. You hit that vehicle from behind, which makes you 100% at fault. It is also illegal to drive with no insurance. Try to settle with the owner.

No matter what we say, in the end the police will decide whose fault it was.BTW, you should call the police. How do you know if they'll charge you of being guilty? The road was wet.

whether its your fault or his or combined, dont get the police or insurance involved as you dont have insurance!

give him a call and say you want to settle with him. offer something like $200 and that's the end of that.

Unfortunately, it is your fault. If you hit someone from behind, it will always be your fault. You have always be aware of what is in front of you.

Call him and see if where he is going to get it fixed and maybe the place where he is getting it fixed will let you make payments.

No, you are the one who was driving, so you are liable. He was parked.
