I might be the only woman taking up this issue with you
and who cares if I am
so what
And yes you can count me in Nancy
Enough women and men are dying over in Iraq and
Afghanistan something needs to be done like impeachment
of President Bush and his croonies
the Democrats have their hands tied behind their backs
and little the Democrats can do with Bush in the way
This is no laughing matter to see sons and daughters being
killed and children left without mommy or daddy and
it is horrible and terrible
President Bush has every every intention of keeping our
troops in harms way at all costs
Iraq government has told America to leave?
yet Bush keeps them there and keeps them there
Bush is insane and he is a madman like Hitler and killing
people for no reason at all
I am sick of this Vietnam war

There were plenty of ladies that supported this war. Although the information wasn't the best, nobody was tricked into it and nobody lied. Now that we're in it, the most irresponsible thing would be to cut and run, leaving the country in chaos. The next most irresponsible thing is being done by all those who supported it in the beginning and are now saying it's wrong, and trying to claim the higher ground. They supported it in the beginning and you don't get to say, "My bad," once the troops are shipped out. Not that they're even doing that.

Long enough to keep our children safe and give them a chiance in life. Who are you to assume you have all the answers and that all women feel as you do. I DON'T.
I am sincerely sorry for the loss of your son and I also congratulate on raising 10 children.

First question: what do women have to do with it?
Second question: how do you lose some one? Perhaps you are referring to DEATH? I did not lose my son or my parents, etc., they DIED. Use proper English.
Third question: why are you so prejudiced? Why is it only deaths in wars that bother you? For each year of the Viet Nam war, from President Eisenhower to President Nixon, each and every year more people died on the nation's highways than the total death count for ALL of the Viet Nam war. How many people die from homicide? Family violence? How about the hundreds of thousands of people who die each year due to negligence on the part of doctors, nurses and pharmacists? (CBS news) How many people drink themselves into a stupor, vomit and drown in their own vomit? Why is it that a few (relatively speaking) deaths in war bothers you but not the millions of others? Go read your Bible; you sound like the person choking on a gnat.
Final question: since you have shown yourself to be a liberal Democrat, why do you prefer the military to fight door-to-door in our streets, rather than in a foreign country?

As long as it takes to create a Democracy and get the leaders self sufficient in a country full of people that hate the U.S. and everything we stand for because that's what they are taught from a young age. My seventeen year old son is thinking of joining the military and I for one would be proud of him for doing so. Don't get me wrong, I am scared to death of the thought but someone has to fight for your right to be stupid. God Bless the USA.

Just to let you know there have been plenty of wars, that were started by woman, and many woman that gladly fought in wars. So to be fair its not untirely the mans fault, its societies, we live in a society that thrives of war, and we influenced by societies that we all about war. so don't blame the men, just as an example the many ancient indo-iranian tribes would have the women kill before they were married, and they gladly did it. Yet i get were you are coming from. not trying to bring you down.

All people like you are doing is causing more soldiers to be put into harms way by undermining what they are doing. Don't give us a sob story and pretend you care about the soldiers. You don't support them and you are against them.
