is there any kind of help to collect child support ? i have already taken the father to court and filed a case

I am in Missouri, we have gone to court with a felony since he owes over 20,000 dollars , my son is now seventeen, and from the age of 6 to the age of 14 we received nothing. I get a whole 75 dollars while waiting for him to supposedly apply for social security. Good Luck because I can't get any kind of help.

unless there was a judgement against him,there is no warrant....
if there is a judgement against him,he either pays the court decided support or he is in violation of a court order.
it's usually based on the amount of money the two parties make(mother vs. father)in my case its 60% for me and 40% for her.(the amount the court feels will support the health and well being of the child)the court also takes into consideration the level/style of life the petitioner is accustomed to....i dont make much so my 60% is not much but i gladly give it to the youngster because she is the top babe in my heart....there should not be any animosity in a child support case but i know there is tons..it's not the kids fault.......its the pigheaded parents who can't get along.......
my advice:never...ever argue about money in front of the child...never...ever bad mouth your ex in front of the yung-en....
always...show your child the honor and respect your ex deserves(if any)and if they don't deserve any respect.......break all ties with him and let the courts deal with it........TTFN
