Look at almost anything put out by the moral majority, although of course, the chances are good that the person most prominantly supporting those traditional values has been caught breaking the morals alluded to.

You have to define "traditional morals" Politics are the last place where they should be decided. Politics is the art of compromise, read the federalist Papers #64. Morality does not encompass compromise, in fact it does not allow for it. Whenever "morality has become a a part of the political process it has left a trail of corruption, poverty and the stench of burning flesh. The best bet is to keep the loonies and goonies out of government.

depends on what you consider traditional morals.
slavery, helping those non-white heathens learn about christ by any means nessacary, beating women who thought for themselves, dueling and killing those who hurt your 'honor' or pride, racial segregation, imprisoning/executing gay people, killing/imprisoning scientists who argued with the bible, arranged marriages, and many other now unpopular things are traditional morals and values.
you won't find many moral people in politics- even though morality is a broad spectrum most people will only find one or two candidates they deem moral- but go to
issues2000.org
they have almost every politian and their stance on issues. generally if they or their camp has released a statement it will be listed. if they are members of congress some of their congressional votes will be displayed
