I guess you don't live with her anymore ! You need to get to the bottom of this. First of all, if you live in an apartment and your name is on the lease, call your landlord. She has no right to keep you out. She can leave if she cares to, but if her name is on the lease too, she still owes the rent ! It's time to play hard ball, because it appears that is what she is doing !

Well I'm assuming that since you are living with her it is HER place. She obviously does not want you to live there anymore. She can change the locks. Make arrangements with her to get your things back and move on with your live. Sorry dude.

It seems that she's sending a message... and a rather clear one at that.

I would suggest reconsidering your living situation. Staying in your current one appears to be negatively affecting your relationship, and some distance could prove positive for the entire situation.

Sounds as if she does not want you to live with her. You have rights to your property which can be enforced through the police. As for other rights you have not provided sufficient detail to answer - do you rent or own? whose name is the lease or title in? .....

Gee, "Grunt"....I don't know. Maybe you'd best grow up and act like a decent human being, because my best guess is she had every reason to change the locks. Either you've been abusive, unfaithful, lazy, or completely worthless - and she's sick and tired of supporting your sorry a*s or putting up with you bul**hit. Dya' suppose??
So quit whining about it and grow the hell up. -RKO- 05/27/07

Is the place in both names? If it's just in her name, there's not alot you can do. Try contacting her to see if you can get your things. If you have no luck, get a police escort to the property to get your things.

If both of your names are on the lease, you have every right to be there. If her name is on the lease alone, you're SOL. Sorry.
