...and lie or at best tell half truths. I swear I think some of these people are radical, violent, Islamic fascist trying to poison people's minds in order to cause more and more division among the people, whether it be USA or Great Britian. It's an old technique, an old strategy, going back to Jesus' day.

"Divide and Conquer!" A house divided against itself shall not stand. It's happening all over the internet and on our college campuses. The targets are the young people because they are only beggining to learn the history and this makes them easier targets. Get into their heads first, stir up their passions and fears, hatred against their own governments, keep them so confused that they think they're not confused - Before they have a chance to mature enough and get their heads on straight, learn more which will lead them to the truth. I know I'm not the only one who sees this going on.
On Yahoo someone kept my Q yesterday from being made public by posting it to my profile only.

This seems to be a very nasty bus driver. She says alot of mean things about disabled people.

She says, "What gets me is half of them are making it up anyway. They don't really have anything wrong with them.

Things like, "Why should my taxes pay for them?"

This one really kills me. She says, "You should see what this so called disabled person did the other day just to make me feel sorry for her!"

I wonder if it ever occurs to her that they, the disabled people, along with many or most of the other people in this world don't really care about her personal opinions or feelings toward them.

The disabled people simply have a right not to be harassed by her. I see that as very different than wanting her pity, or anything else from her.

And she does follow all this up with further harrassment! By making the bus go slower, or a bit faster when they are trying to walk through. Letting it slide as they are getting off. What can they do?

yeah pretty self explainitry really under what circumstances would the uk/usa force you to abort your baby? this could include mental health reasons or self harm etc but is it possible if you are stable ,still getting help and no longer put your baby/yourself at risk to keep the child without being forced to get rid of it.

Would it be illegal for congressional members to conspire to pass a bill that would infringe on one of our rights in the constitution? The second ammendment namely. It is ironic that some members of congress are trying to push a bill through that will partially destroy our constitution that they took an oath to protect. Are there legal actions that can be taken against them in the form of impeachment or a class action lawsuit for this conspiracy to commit treason?
It is my feelings that this would be a disarming of the populus to open the path for a tyranical government. Don't think it can happen here? Look at other countries histories when their population was disarmed (i.e. Hitler)

I called the tenants act place because my neighbors complain because they can hear my doors open and close (my enterance echoes in their place) and my when my heat is on (I live in the basement where it is cold), it overheats their place and their windows are open in a Canadian winter. My baby isn't even born yet.. and that will be noisier then. Can I get evicted, because the lady at the place I called said that if they have complaints, I get can get the can, no matter how innocent my noise is... this building is terrible for soundproofing and was oringally built to be a depluex, not a 1/2 depluex with someone in the bottom and someone in the

General Franks said that if terrorists attack us again, we may have to set the Constituition aside for a bit so that our leaders can fix everything. The government's supposed to protect us, right, so what's so wrong about just letting them do their job?

I personally don't think it's a big deal if it means we are all safer.

Some people are having their homes worked on and after the work is done ask for the legal status. No papers , no pay. The person who told me about this was out $30,000 plus the sweat off his back.

I thought that the idea was to kill the person? Killing someone is by definition inhumane, isn't it? And if they're murderers, haven't they both forfeited their right to live AND committed even more inhumane actions on their victims?

Some other people have commented that people who tend to agree with the death penalty tend to be against abortion. They ask how someone can be for killing some people but against killing others. The answer is simple: The murderer on death row had his chance at life and chose evil, while the unborn baby had no chance to choose at all (NO CHOICE).

..... We have laws regulating executions to make them as painless and dignified as possible, which is more than some of them deserve.

If I object to the motto "In God We Trust" on a dollar bill on grounds that it violates my freedom of religion, is it illegal for me to cross this out? I understand that obscuring or altering the serial number or denomination is illegal (and stupid) and voids the bill, but what about the rest of it? I have heard that bills are government property and cannot be altered in any way. Can someone be prosecuted for objecting to religious messages? Any info?

P.S. I'm aware that some people are offended by my question and my beliefs, so I'd appreciate only serious answers and not the usual "burn in heck" hatred usually hurled at me. Remember that this is a legal question and I only want legal answers. Thank you.
