Because big goverment is a bureaucratic mess and would be hard pressed to find ways that could make it any less efficient than it has already become Money is not the answer, qualified management is desperately needed. Most government workers deserve the label they have earned through the years. In the private sector, many would not have a job.
America should be ashamed of how its veterans are treated.

Just like anything to do with the government or disability of any kind, they hope you'll give up before they have to honor their promises. Don't give up. They are counting on the fact that people cannot put their lives on hold and wait for them to come through.

Because there are too many disabled american veterans appying for VA benefits. There are also many veterans trying to cheat the system, thus making it harder for veterans to receive their benefits immediately. Be patient, if you are deserving, you will be approved.
