Well...which are you... mexican or american? If you're an american you have the same rights as the rest of us... if you're here on a temporary work permit then all that should have been explained to you when you crossed the border and got the permit.

If you're here illegaly then go back to the border and do it right and they will tell you everything you need to know.

There are no special laws for people from Mexico. It's the same for everyone.
