Now the kids are not letting Me the girlfriend beable to see h im and take care of him in the hospital. And my daughter has tried nicely to get them to understand this.?

If your daughter has power of attorney over health for him she will have legal documents, she needs to show them to the hospital administrator to enforce her rights to decisions. Those decisions would include what type of care he receives aswell as who gets to see him. Once it has been established who is making the rules regarding his care she needs to forcefully tell his children that the two of you will share in the care but will not be pushed out. If they still refuse get a lawyer to force the issue in court.

If your daughter has POA, then his healthcare is not up to the kids, it is up to her. This means his kids cannot see him either without your daughter's explicit permission.

They are breaking the law...you can have them arrested if you wanted to...warn them again and if they do not comply then call the authorities.
