I have met a few women like this who are unfit mothers whom the system keeps giving back there children even though there are people who wanted to adopt them thus take the children off the welfare roles and place them in a better safer place but the courts keep giving back her children. Last I heard her children and she were out living on the streets because she is too busy partying up to keep a decent place for them to live. I helped her out at one time and watched it all.

My hearing aids were ruined during an MRI procedure. Before my MRI, I filled out a survey indicating that I was wearing hearing aids. The technician allowed me to enter the screening room and lie on the scanning table while I was wearing my hearings aids. This is against MRI industry safety standard recomendations. My hearing aids were ruined and I had to purchase new hearing aids the next day. The medical facility wants to use the pro rata method to determine the value of my old hearing aids (25%) instead of paying the full replacement cost. Am I entitled to full compesation?

I have been calling lawyers from the phone book about my stolen car and ive been calling all the wrong lawyers because they dont handle my case. Heres a breif info about my case.

I left the car to get fixed at a car shop and the next day it got stolen. The guy i left it with left My KEYS IN THE CAR and the door unlocked. There is a sign that says not responsible for theft. I have liabilty insurance. A week later the car is found at the junkyard. The car is no longer in good condition but still in one peice. The dealership wont fix the car or replace the car. I signed my parental rigths over 6 months ago. The mother remarried a man a few years ago, and they plan to adopt. However, the havent gotten it finialized yet. The mother said she hasnt gotten it finialized yet because she still wants my child support money, but since i already signed the parental rights paper, i cant try for custody. But the papers havent been finalized yet. Since i am still responsible for child support until they are finialized, am i still entiled to custody as well? She told me i cant have anything to do with our son because i signed the papers, but she wont finalize uit because she still wants the child support. Is there a time limit on when the adoption has to be finialized after i sign it? Will me signing the papers be void after a certain time frame?

For the question I am talking about when using one attorney who also is a notary who notarizes the grantor's signature on day the the buiyer's 2 days later because the grantee lives out of state.

Also I am doing a 25 page paper for several laws dealing with real estate and other laws in general. If there is any attorney or those that know much about the law I would love to talk with you and have some questions answered, to either be a source or an anonymous source...Thanks all for your help!

I don't do drugs, but we have to write reports on drugs and why or why they shouldn't be legal. I've only found sites talking about it being illegal, is it legal in any part of the world? Also what are your insites on cocaine should it be legal or not? If so under what conditions (if any)?

We have a very overweight friend...because of this we are always kidding around with him and giving him a hard time. He usually laughs and plays along...nothing harmless.

Well a couple weeks ago, my buddy was sitting on a friends couch...another friend had brought his pet python over to show everyone, and apparently my buddy is scared of snakes... When he offered to let him hold the snake, he started shaking, waving his hands in a manner to hold him back. Because of his weight, he couldn't get off the couch, so he decided to throw the snake on him. He was frozen in fear and actually passed out from shock (we thought he had a heart attack, but it was shock).

Anyways, the next week, He had the snake in his green travel bag...put on the floor in the corner. He thought he would be funny and stand over the snake threatening to sit on it...well, he stood over the snake, lost his balance and accidently squashed the snake...killing it.

My buddy wants to press charges...can he?

I know the song is copyrighted and it is not illegal to sing it in the privacy of your own home but according to snopes.com it is illegal to sing it in restaurants If this is true, how is that any different than playing copyrighted music on the speakers in restaurants or stores? Is that illegal too?

Is it legal to make a home movie w/ music from Hollywood film scores that only friends/family will see?

My friends and I made a movie and added music from Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean ext. I burned the movie we made onto a DVD and I am giving it to only close friends and family to watch inside their homes. I added the name of the soundtrack and the composer in the credits. Someone told me to check into if this would violate copyright laws. If I'm just sharing it with friends/family for free to watch only inside their homes... I would not think it would be a problem. Is this legal? Please explain why or why not and if you can give a link to verify your answer that would be great. Thank you very much!

Is it true that whatever you file in the Supreme Court goes to an attorney first and he decides whether a supreme court justice should look at the case? How experienced are these attorneys and can I ask for a supreme court justice to decide on my case instead of the attorney. I know thousands of cases go through every day,, I just do not have any confidence in the attorney, if they do decide whether the justice should look at the case, decide on my well-being. I would rather a supreme court justice decide. What do you think?.

An old employee of mine is getting out of jail next week and states he is coming for me!!! Three years ago I was this man's sales manager and we were on the road. It got late and him and another co-worker were hungry. They pulled up to a McDonalds at 10:59 (sign said they closed at 11:00) and were refused service. Words were exchanged and the man who is now after me (we'll call him Fred) threw a huge rock right through the window. They came back to the hotel & the next thing you know Fred was involved in a physical may lay with the police that came for him. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

He now states it was my sales training that have him such confidence he could have done something like that and get away from it. Furthermore, I did not write or call Fred while he was in jail and he keeps saying "Not one phone call or letter". Further goes on to state he will make an example out of me for selling him down the river. How are his actions POSSIBLY my fault?

My friends and i grew up with this guy and over the past few years he has become neighbourhood drug dealer and its getting worse his new "friends" come along and cause a lot of crap around like break ins vandalism and fights. Is there any way to tip off police or crimestoppers. I work as a receptionist at the local animal clinic he goes to and his dog has been treated for broken bones and posioning due to drugs almost monthly but we're not allowed to report that unless we can prove he actually hurt the dog. We do have the address and his license plate number, he needs to be stopped or at least taught a lesson

Last spring, I was hit by a driver who was being chased by the police. He managed to cause some pretty bad cosmetic damage to my vehicle and thankfully nobody was hurt. My insurance couldn't do anything because I only have liability on my vehicle and the vehicle that hit me was stolen. I have to go to court over this in March (almost a year later). What are the chances of me actually getting money to get my vehicle fixed?
