An old employee of mine is getting out of jail next week and states he is coming for me!!! Three years ago I was this man's sales manager and we were on the road. It got late and him and another co-worker were hungry. They pulled up to a McDonalds at 10:59 (sign said they closed at 11:00) and were refused service. Words were exchanged and the man who is now after me (we'll call him Fred) threw a huge rock right through the window. They came back to the hotel & the next thing you know Fred was involved in a physical may lay with the police that came for him. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

He now states it was my sales training that have him such confidence he could have done something like that and get away from it. Furthermore, I did not write or call Fred while he was in jail and he keeps saying "Not one phone call or letter". Further goes on to state he will make an example out of me for selling him down the river. What can I do???

Can I petition a superior court to hear my case if the six month period to sue the county has run out if I just discoverd, and can prove it to the court that the police covered up my case. My case was a damage control case.

I don't write fanfiction because I find it boring but I was looking online about something else about copyright laws. According to http://www.templetons.com/brad/copymyths.html "Fan fiction and other work derived from copyrighted works is a copyright violation." So all of those people who post fan fiction of movies or TV shows on the internet are doing something illegal?

Please sign the new petition as the statute limitations act prevents victims and survivors of child abuse suing their abusers. It protects the abusers and not the victims and survivors.

Jails are over crowded, killings are not outside of but also inside the prisons. Afterwards society seems to accept this concept of the norm of way of living. Not to mentioned that this carries into the family life and school and work. Nobody seems to see or be aware of seriousness this will eventually be uncontrollable and there will be shear disaster and will no order , but the order of the strongest . Police will be no match or Marshal Law will helpless.

ok, my fiance just got a letter from an insurance company saying that they are looking for reimbursement damages from an car accident and NO INSURANCE at the time. they want SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!. can he file bankruptcy and put that in there? he does have alot of other debts that would also go in there to.

As a Pagan myself, and the partner of a pagan someday I will need to plan funerals and so will my children, I have no idea about the law surrounding pagan funerals as in whats legal and whats not. Can you be buried at a different angle in a place of your own choosing? can you have a Norse longboat funeral? I know there would be ways round it but I'd still like to know.

I know, to most, this sounds rather morbid and 'unholy' but in my religion - English heathenism, it would have been common practice at one point and I like the ideas behind it and I've given it a lot of thought. I would love for my family to keep my skull after I die, yes I've discussed it with them and they agree for the same religious reasons.
So I would like to know the law regarding this. sensible answers only please (I should be so lucky!)

Four years ago we moved into our house, having taken out an Indemnity policy for lack of planning and building regulations on a small extension. We have now discovered that we have no foundations or footings to this extension. Will this policy cover us to have these works carried out? Legal advice much appreciated.

okay, i just had my baby about 3 weeks ago & the guy that is the father has been bugging me about doing a dna test cause he don't think it's his and to be honest i'm not sure if it is or not. i had to move back home with my mom cause i didn't have newhere else to go (i found out i was pg after we broke up). he told me he wanted a test done as soon as i told him i was pg so it's nothing new. neway, he's already paid to get one done & made 2 appts. that i came up w/ excuses not to go cause i don't want it to come back not his cause i told my mom that i wasn't with nebody else. i did go around & tell alot of people he's the father. now that i haven't willingly gone for the test he says that he's going to sue me to get a test & on top of the test he'll make me pay for his attorney's fees, the court cost, & re-pay him for the money he already spent on the test i didn't show up for. Can he really do that or is he bluffing to get me to do the test? Would a judge really make me pay all that

I met a man when he was engaged. We had sex and then 3 days before the wedding he broke with her and then he married me. Now she is applying for a visa to come to this country, to marry. I don't want her to come, so I went to the police and said that she send me bad e-mails and that she called me. She did not actually, but I wanted to stop her.
I thought that they would not let her come. I went three times, and they did nothing. I want her on some blacklist, so she never comes to this country.
Where else can I complain on her, so that they stopped her visa?

Hey, my Gov teacher wants me to do a presentation about supreme court cases that apply to the following situation:

My girl friend son got bruises on his stomach which he is 15 months old. Because I was watching him the whole day they"hospital and cops" accused me of child abuse. Well I did not do it.My girl friend change him before going to the doctors and I did see them bruise but when she went to the doctors they fould them. I need help finding cases where they found the person not guilty. About my self I was a single father of two with a ba in child development which I have been a kindergarten teacher for two years I am only 25 and they want to give me four years please help. GOD BLESS, my girl friend even told the cops and hospital that I could not have done it or even hurt a fly but they still want me to go to jail. I have no past records . I am a good guy.
