I have a cavalier king charles spaniel and am interested in finding where i can access the king charles 11 law that was passed that said this breed was allowed to access any public place. Also how to define a public place i understand it is an area where the public have access to.

I have heard other King Charles owners quote this law but have never seen any trace of it in thirty years working in the law.A public place is defined differently in diffirent acts so a public place in road traffic law is different to public order etc.

Go to your city hall and ask the clerk for that particular ordinance for your city.. Dog laws vary from town to town.. they are usually ordinances and specific to particular towns & counties...
