I have 2 kids, one with the ex-wife and one with my fiance. The fiance wants me to get the support adjusted it is lower. My ex's and my wages have significantly increased though. My question is can I claim both kids on child support at the same time? or would it have to be separate cases?

Normally, I try to be friendly as possible with my neighbors. On weekends, one of my neighbor seem to have some sort of car repair business going on. I wouldn't be bothered by this if the cars being brought for repair don't also block my access of street parking in front of my home! My family don't even have a place to park after coming home from work! Plus, they have plenty of parking at their home but for some reason like to park in front of mine.

Any advice on this?

It is reported that a plant in a small town is in voilation of the enviromenal laws. If you enforce the laws the plant will be shut down. The plant is the major sourse of employment for the town. It's closer would kill the town. Should the fact play a role in regulatory enforcement?

I live in public housing. The people in the apartment above me does what it sounds like moving furniture and it sounds like bowling balls hitting the ceiling. A lot of the time it's between the hours of 12-3 o' clock A.M. in the morning. I asked them maturely if they could please stop and be a little quieter. They proceeded until like 1:00 a.m. I called the police plenty of times, but they still proceeded. Now it's been three months and it's still happening. They made up some stuff about me trying to hit their kids and threatening them, I don't know how I would have the heart since I have four little siblings and I have no criminal history or record. The manager said she had gotten three letters from the people who live in the two apartments above me saying this...and to tell you the truth I don't know these people. I never went in the behind apartments. The manager said I have one more chance or I'm evicted, why are they doing this to me? What are my rights as to being a tenant?

I was at sporting event (MMA kinda of like a boxing event) me and my friend were seated near the locker room and I had been drinking, I was yelling at the ring but one of the fighters in the locker room thought I was insulting him which resulted in us being kicked out of the event so they rudly escorted us out even shoving my friend who was trying to guild to the car and calm me down, the head security officer saw that I was driving and he knew I had been drinking so he called the police so I got out of the car and had my friend drive, we were parallel parked very close to another car and my friend bumped it, the the security officer then jumped in front of the moving vehicle and another jumped in a took the keys, we stayed there until the police arrived we told them what happened and they gave my friend a field sobriety test which he showed no signs of intoxication but they took him to jail anyways for DUI without giving him a breathalyzer even after we requested one. wat should I do?

Unless you're native american, you're an immigrant, and California was part of Mexico before we stole it. This is supposed to be a place that offers people new oppurtunities, and they do jobs that you probably don't want to do.

I am in the care of a lady who Social Services is trying to say isn't capable of making the best decisions for herself. She is a little forgetful but by no means to the point of not knowing what's going on. Social Services is trying to get a family in with them to take over her wishes and declare her incompetent. I am in the process of getting a lawyer to try to help her. I also have recently gotten power of attorney over her. What will it take to get Social Services off our backs and let this lady live her life the way she wants? She has been taken advantage of by her son who had previous power of attorney and her money misused leaving her with some financial problems. I have gotten them under control now and have kept her at my house until this is settled. I also care for my mom who has been a long time friend of hers. Her family and DSS just want to put her in a nursing home and sell her house. She wants to live in her house. How can we get them to see she is alright?

In business, your meant to supply your client with what they buy. Thats capitalism. Then why do prossies in essex and london, hate their clients? I only visited a prossie ounce, but watching the vice data, all the prossies hate their clients as if they are robbers or something. I had my credit card stolen, despite the fact it was empty. What ever happened to a prostititute that fell in love with their client? I think people have this wrong. Its not predator men using helpless women for fun, its idiot men getting used by money grabbing women. The police should start charging the suppliers instead of the customers.

I was robbed through western union.
I reported it to the police and they tried to get the information as to where it was cashed because it was not sent to the exact location I had requested.
They are liable but are saying that it can be cashed anywhere in the uk even thought I requested a specific location.
What should I do? I have a few ideas but would like info to make the best decision.

I had heard a while back that some jailbirds had tattooed the forehead of some kiddy fiddler with some word or another. Can't remember but I remember almost crowing about how brilliant these jailbirds were! I'd have given them all a reprieve immediately!

What would YOU tattoo?
