If its good enough for animals its good enough for me. Yes I do believe ... Why suffer so someone else will be richer... As in doctors .. hospitals .. when they know that nothing else can be done. Wasteful money on what? A poor helpless human that will not recover?

Define what you mean by euthanasia.
(These days a lot of people are using the term incorrectly.)

If you are referring to killing someone/something to end their misery, where YOU are making the decision, then no, I do not believe in it. (This is the true definition BTW)

If you are referring to assisted suicide, where a person decides ON THIER OWN to end their own suffering and gets medical assistance to do so, then yes I do believe in it. (This is NOT euthanasia, though those who oppose the practice tend to term it as such, mainly for its inflammatory appeal.)

It depends on who is making the decision, in my view one should always have the right to decide their own fate.

Let's see. If an animal is suffering, we put it to sleep because it is cruel to make them suffer. The animal has no choice, we make the choice for them. (No, I am not against it, I am just making a point.)

A human is suffering. They say they want to be "put to sleep' to end their suffering. They are told they have to suffer. How is that not cruel?
