Can I educated myself?
the legal requirement for home education in Colorado dictates that a child may be educated by his or her legal guardian i am 18 years old and not living at home so does that mean i constitute as my guardian?

why not? if Anna Nicole's kid can be her own aunt (which she is if her bro. is her dad) then you can be your own guardian. Maybe you can go to school with her.

No, you may not 'homeschool' yourself in any state ... because if you 'look further' you should see that the 'guardian' who is doing the 'homeschooling' must have at least two years of 'college' to educate a child. Besides which, you are not a child, but are a legal adult, and as an 'adult' there is not any 'law' that can 'force you' to be 'educated' ... and by the way, you do need to 'go to school' because your question should have read 'Can I educate myself?' not 'Can I educated myself?' Educated is the 'past tense' of the word 'educate' ...

At age 18, you no longer need a legal guardian, nor are you considered 'a child'.
You CAN acquire an education, and you should, based on the grammatical errors you have made in your question.

I agree with the previous answer. It looks like you could use some professional education. Although being 18 years old you are considered an adult and have to make that determination yourself.
