I met a man when he was engaged. We had sex and then 3 days before the wedding he broke with her and then he married me. Now she is applying for a visa to come to this country, to marry. I don't want her to come, so I went to the police and said that she send me bad e-mails and that she called me. She did not actually, but I wanted to stop her.
I thought that they would not let her come. I went three times, and they did nothing. I want her on some blacklist, so she never comes to this country.
Where else can I complain on her, so that they stopped her visa?

Maybe some lawyer can help, and my husband will pay, he is well off, and I'll make him.

I do not want her to come, because she had a baby and I am afraid she'll ask for child support. And when I and he was together, we had std, and she found out and made scenes, she is mad and crazy. And I am afraid she can take us to the court, because of this std, I told him not to tell her, and she did not have it anyway, only us.

I tried with money already, I bought things on-line with my husband's credit card, and then told the police that she did it, but they did not believe me.

I am asking because no one tells me what to do! A web-site on a free place, with my photos, and bad comments. Because I needed some proof that she is bad.
She is very ugly!

Already answered this but I'll say it again.
You've got some serious issues that none of us can help you with. If you don't like her, that's one thing - but lying to the police about things that never happened is totally uncalled for and immature.. Not to mention the fact that you can go to jail if they find this out.
You're not a member of the government, so you really have no say in what she does or does not do. As long as she doesn't have a criminal record she can apply for citizenship - and frankly, it's none of your business if she's marrying someone else.
And in all fairness, you're the one who stole her "fiance" with whom she has a child with. So what if your newly stolen husband has to pay child support? He did, in fact, hop on the good foot and do the bad thing with her which resulted in the birth an innocent child who DESERVES the respect of having a father who's able to spend time and money on him.
WE don't want people like YOU here. By the way, don't think that 'your man' won't do the same to you down the road.

After reading everything you wrote, I'm wondering if you are the one with a problem. If she has a child and is seeking child support, there are dna tests to determine whether or not your husband is the father. That was pretty stupid of you to go to the police saying that she sent bad emails and phone calls since you had no proof - of course they're not going to do anything!! You need to get over yourself and I can't believe your husband was stupid enough to marry someone as scheming as you.
By the way dumbass...you've asked this question 6x in the past four hours...is that not a violation of community guidelines???

I think the crazy person is you. Did you know that filing a false police report is a crime? There is nothing an uneducated person like your self can do to prevent her from coming. Besides, if the child is his, he is obligated to pay child support. Sounds like you're the one we should have kept out of the country.

Um...first of all if I were you I would be more worried about the fact that you mad false aligations and could be put in jail for that. If you have a problem with her you need to be honest about it when you complain. Otherwise they won't do anything about it. And personaly I don't think they will bring a person into this country just becasue they want to marry.

You need to be careful with your spiteful self. You are the one who broke up that relationship and for you to have done what you did. You have falsely accused her of doing something she did not do. You will get what is coming to you. What goes around, comes around. You are scared that she will come back and reclaim the man that belongs to her and you should be. You are wicked and will get your day real soon. Thank you and may GOD help you.

Until you are in a position to change the immigration laws of the U.S., you need to butt out. What you have done is a federal offense to say nothing about being completely offensive.
Just because you don't want her here doesn't mean she can't come. You are a very insecure and deceitful person and I can't imagine why anyone would want to be married to you - in my opinion.

I just married a Korean girl, and the process is pretty complicated. To get a visa via marriage you have to prove it is a real marriage. Unfortunately, there really isn't much you can do. You can try to notify INS, but they probably can't do much
