Anyone that has done this, what did you do to turn them in?

He's cheating his 2 year old and 5 month old out of Child Support. They are the one's suffering from his unethical behavior.

What? a tax evader? I wouldn't worry about it. He stiffs Uncle Sam 1,000 bucks, next year, the budget swells to staggering 4.4 trillion. Who is going to miss a 1,000 bucks.

I wish you'd get as excited about the government taking 20 - 30% of your income by force. Not to mention, 30 cents per gallon on gasoline, 6% +/- on sales tax, and depending on how much math you like, probably another 15-20 cents on every dollar for some other tax.

I don't believe you need anything; if you call IRS and tell them what you do know, they will investigate. If it isn't true they will do nothing; if it is the business owner will be severely penalized and the person will have to file and pay taxes if any are owed or go to jail.
