Usually, yes, unless there is some conflict of interest. That will depend on the facts. Is he just drawing up the deed? Probably not a conflict. Is he negotiationg a deal? Probably a conflict. Need more facts.

Depends on if you have a broker, realtor involved. If all parties agree, it does make it easier.

They shouldn't as there is the potential for a conflict of interest. Doesn't stop some of them though.

conflict of interest , but has been done ,if everyone agrees it is OK
