Keep it and dont worry about it. When you have ordered something and 2 weeks later you phone to find out what had happened to the order and they say it is in the post and two weeks later it still has not arrived. Do you phone them and give them an earfull or just patiently wait. ?

I served 16 years in HM Forces. I have therefore,the greatest of respect for those who serve and have served, in campaigns throughout the World,irrespective of Rank.
However I believe that the day Officers leave the Forces is the day they stop being Major ----- (Retd),or Sqdn Ldr ----- (Retd) or Lt.Cdr -----(Retd). The only exception to this is if they are in the Reserve,and even then I think they should no longer hold their Rank after their period there has finished. My father was ex Sqdn Ldr and,often to his annoyance,I addressed my letters,Birthday Cards etc to him as 'Mr --------' after he left the RAF. Whenever he came to visit my wife and I when we lived in MQs he would, given half the chance, try to throw his weight around after having left the RAF years ago. It culminated with me saying to him:"If you ever try that again,you'll never ever come on this Station again while I'm here!"
I've no wish to offend, but this issue makes my blood boil! ..Anybody agree with me?

ok a while back i asked if there was any case law on the pacing method used by cops and people replied with case law about radars and such but is there any case law on pacing???? thanks a million..... ohh is there a standard procedure as to calibration of the speedometers of police cars? and if the patrol unit is new does it still have to be calibrated?

If paedophilia is their sexual persuasion, how is putting them in prison for a few years going to cure it? Are they not born that way?
We've tried locking people up for sexual persuasions we didn't like before, and that didn't work either.

I think we really need to develop some proper policies on this matter. If paedophiles are on the streets children are at risk. Do we care enough?

It seems as though some authorities get very gleeful at the arrest of people for any kind of warrant issued. Unnecessary, barbaric treatment of citizens and the overcrowding of jails for missing a court date - A traffic violiolation?? Not armed robbery, rape, murder or burglary. Then, have the audacity to want to build a bigger jail here in Thurston county? For what? For those of us who have blue hair? AFTER, being told hospitalization, near death and surgeries were the reasons for missing the court date for this heinous crime in the first place? .Please...bullies find another occupation. the whole process is as stupid as taking a persons liscense away for not paying child support. I guess people with blue hair should take the bus to get to work...at the blue hair factory....if they still have a job from missing work because of being arrested in the first place. Who thinks up this stuff anyway.

Have you all submitted and approved for disabled veterans on social security to be able to work to suffice the medial incomes while awaiting veterans claims? I requested PTSD with Sexual Traumas as advised by my medical team. Then told to apply for unemployability with 2 years of inactive employment...I have been unemployeed 5 years and denied the 2,500.00 per month entitlement. Furthermore, I am continuously denied my claims pending after being awarded the minimum of l0 percent for my back which was injured during my stint of 76-78 in Fort Meade, Maryland...They only awarded me back to l995...I assumed that this should have reflected an award of May 3, l980. Meanwhile, while they only awarded me the minimum of l0 percent for arthritis, I have had 2 hip replacements for the degeneration and now have a degenerated disc in my spine...This is a travesty. And is there a Sister-Administration Act? VA/SSA, 2 entities of ONE GOVERNMENT? With differing guidelines?

Government hasn't payed me the 200K federaliez's reward nor for National Treasure movie, yet, so I think I should sell North Dakota to the highest bidding French Canadian.
North Dakota has the least violence per capita and doesn't help the rest of US. They speak French, "Aaaah". The federal government tried to straighten them out years ago by placing monuments, it never worked. They can't play baseball.
If I sell North Dakota to a French Canadian I can drive the Bloody British out of Pennsylvania once and for all! Added benefit is by getting rid of North Dakota WE can obtain a star for The Monarchy of Pennsylvania and WE will not have to do any sewing.

Would they say: I am only doing "my job." or I am just doing it "for the money," or I am only "speaking for my client" or "I have to do this because my client asked me to?" I suppose there are many justifications, but when a lawyer attacks and potentially causes lasting harm to other human beings in order to "succeed", are they not in fact responsible?

My friend had his drivers license suspended for owing child support in California. He wants to move to Virginia and was wondering if he would be able to get a license when he got here. He is unsure if the Cali suspension will carry over to Virginia. So I am setting out to find out if when he does move here, if he will be able to get a drivers license in Virginia with a suspended California license.
