I have been told that there are now visatation laws that allow more time to be spent with the non-custodial parent. Can anyone tell me more about this such as do both parties have to agree on it? How do I go about finding more info on this. I have searched the web a little but come up empty handed.

Do the three justice components (police, courts, and corrections) constitute a true system or are they more appropriately described as a process or a true non-system?

"It is her body, she can do what she wants with it". I can agree with that, it sounds like an argument for suicide.

But would it make sense for me to say "it's my body, I can do what I want with it", and then kill you, using that as an excuse?

No! Which makes just as much sense as abortions, She can do what she wants with HER body, but not the body inside her! It is a whole other person!

Can someone please explain this?

Another question. When people say "we should make abortion legal, because people will do it anyway", doesn't this apply to ALL crimes? Should we make ALL crimes legal, because people do them anyway?

A big argument for abortion is that "it is not murder, because the U.S. government says so". Apparently, the Supreme Court now has the ability to decide when someone's life ends.

But anyway, under this idea, slavery in the South was O.K. until the emancipation proclamation, because the government said it was OK. It could not have been morally wrong, because it was legal.

Using that line of thinking, what about Marijuana? It is illegal, so it must be morally wrong. However, the liberals (mostly the same people who are pro-abortion) want to legalize marijuana, saying that it was made illegal for the wrong reasons.

But what about abortion? What if it was made legal for the wrong reasons? Should we REALLY base our morals on what our government says?

One month ago I was charged for a blockbuster movie, that was already in their possession. They did not give me any notification that the movie was late or anything, they just billed my account. The store manager called to inform that they had erroneously charged my account 12-26-06 and credited it back to the account on 12-28-06, plus a 9 dollar credit. I told the manager it's Christmas, and that charge made my account overdrawn. She basically told me that she didnt have the power to credit overdraft fees and would have her district call me, its a month later I still havent received a call, I have called the 800 online and they keep telling me they are going to make it a priority and someone will contact me, still no call....This charge has messed me up,my checking account was on hold because of return check fee to a new account. Which put my deposit checks on hold, which means I had to pay legitmate late charges to other companies I owe. What can I do?
