Yes, it may be justifiable but it is still theft. If you try hard enough you can justify just about any crime.

Yes. Robin Hood already tried that and it didn't work for him (well depending on what version of the story you read) but no matter what your intentions are, it is still stealing.

Yes.

You may pay for it and then donate it to someone that you think needs it. Or the owner of the store may choose to donate food to the needy.

But you can't make that decision for the owner of the store.

Yes yes yes, it is definitely stealing.

There is an age old quotation often said and it goes like this...........

"Nemo dat quod non habet"
"One cannot give what one does not have"

If it was your bread, fine- do what you want to do with the bread.

BUT- the bread is not yours, therefore it is not yours to give.
Here is the scoop- Buy it first, then give it away.

Absolutely it is stealing. No ifs, ands or buts.

Same as if I robbed you at gunpoint in the street and then gave your cash to the Salvation Army.

Yes. Only a liberal would think otherwise. Thats why liberals are such a drain on society. They don't seem to realize that certain actions, as noble as they sound, are still wrong to the core.
