overcrowded and too many there for no good reason. many are convicted for minor stuff that shouldn't include prison time. many are convicted just to close a case, whether guilty or not.

It is NO WHERE STRICT ENOUGH--------if someone gets 5 yrs in prison , then they need to stay the 5-none of tis good time crap, etc. Prisoners lose their rights and privilages when he/she commits a crime. They should not be allowed TV's etc.All states need to go back to the chain gain, hard physical labor, instaed of this nonsense of thinking """poor little Johnny or Suzie" attitude.

NOT ENOUGH EXECUTIONS just mere threats and the others are not being punished instead they get degrees at no cost and we foot the bills. this is only one example of many I say lock them up for the entire sentence. one more thing all pedophiles should be executed at once with one gunshot to the head.

i believe the two between the above. we make sentences too long, and penitentiary too many human beings that extremely should not be. in case you lock away somebody and supply them genuinely no time out of the cellular then they're going to bypass loopy after only a pair of years (or maybe months) so which you're able to desire to enable roam a splash. yet what are they to do with that factor? combat? rape one yet another? attack the guards or attempt to flee? or how approximately, watch television, make some telephone calls etc... why that's no longer a deterant is the comparable reason that husbands/better halves cheat - the crime is interesting, worthwhile and of relitive low possibility ( that's no longer a *actuality* which you are going to lose something, only in all threat) then, as quickly as in penal complex they get used to that existence - becuase they're there for a lot too long. whilst they get out they're not often regular by using human beings that is of stable impression - only those wont be. plus we placed them in inner maximum 0.5-way residences and cause them to artwork non-end and take ninety 5% of their earnings (even from OT) giving them no incentive to artwork hard and no thank you to maintain as much as have the flexibility to help themselves whilst they're kicked out. we make vengance a game (and the niave think of that's only to maintain them off the line) and lower back fires on us perpetually - yet quite than comprehend our stupidity we are anticipating making the stay longer, and the 0.5-way homestead costs ninety seven% will no longer quickly treatment the situation.... to repair issues, we could start up with - make it greater of a actuality that they are going to be cuaght, penal complex words could be a rely of months for many crimes, no longer years (only long sufficient for them to have only stopped crying each and every evening) they might desire to no longer could exhibit a criminal checklist to absolutely everyone (employers, colleges, police, etc.) till they're typical repeat offenders. end "making examples" of human beings. the gadget would not artwork becuase that's heavily unsuitable, no longer becuase we would desire to make *yet yet another* occasion... and ultimately, we want a working 0.5-way homestead application. the money they earn together as in is saved by using the keepers and paid in increments to the guy whilst they're released, so as that they are able to have stable re-start up at being an independant, effective citizen edit: jack sparrow hit it good on!
