Is it from the day of his death, or the time Bush declaired the flags lowered?

The official proclamation declares 30 days from Dec. 26, 2006.
It should go up on January 26, 2007.

The flag will stay at a million/2 team from first mild ( reville ) till sunset ( retreat ) till the flag is illuminated ( meaning there is mild confronted upon the flag so all can see that a flag is flying. regardless of if that is not illuminated, neither is it an " alls - weathers " flag, then in basic terms fly it for the duration of first mild and sunset. this could be repeated till the day he's Buried, and then till the Presidents order to launch a million/2 team.

I don't know why they are at half staff. In the Navy a flag was flown upside down when we were in trouble. The flag should all be flown upside down to show that this country is in big trouble. Our cout systems are out of control, our politicians are rapists, pediofiles, lyers, child stealers, murderers, thiefs. Our country is a moral sewer, our country is a dumping ground for third world countries, our borders are left open while us law abiding Americans are arrested for stupid hate crimes because we love freedom and want this insanity stopped. Our boys and girls are being sacrificed as we speak in a war that never planned to be won and can't be one. They are being contaminated by depleted uraniun that Bush and Haliburton have ordered to be used in any ballistic over 50 calibre meany all our bombs, missiles and the like are full of neuclar waste. They are killing and murdering innocent people all over the world in our name. They are doing no knock searches and killing innocent Americans when they break down the wrong doors. The state police and county police are killing and shooting in the back our own people in new york for not wearing a helmet on a ATV. The ignorant communist grand jury said the NEW YORK STATE POLICE OFFICER was justified. The man killed was in his 20's, a three term Iraqi war Marine home on leave for the birth of his second son. What have we become? How can this happen in America? All flags must be flown upside down to show the world we are in DISTRESS> We are crumbling as a nation, The paid politicians have destroyed us.
