Let me answer with a question: Would it be ethical to decide who gets a life-saving organ donor and who doesn't based on an ability to pay? Your suggestion would mean poor people die while richer people live.

Yes. I'ld like to imagine that my kidneys were failing me and my only chance of survival was a transplant, surely i would be justified in buying an organ and so would the savior of my life.
However, what should come into question is who can sell? under what circumstances? what controls should be put in place to avoid exploitation of a desparate buyer? etc. I somehow think even though human organ trade is justified, it should not be in an open market but restricted to proffessional and possibly guided by an act of parliament.

Why might this ever could be legalized is the genuine question? If there is not any straight away answer for this, then there is not any explanation for this to be legalized. this may well be taken out of hand to the extremes. Hospitals might exchange into corrupt. Thats right, hospitals. think of how many nurses or EMT's might attempt to make enormous greenbacks off of this new corporation. I see the place you're able to think of this may well be legalized.. nicely not probably.. I dont see why this might ever be legalized

No, it would not be. People will do anything for money. This is sad, sad, sad. People on transplant lists that are dying every minute of the day, and you ask such a question. I hope this was not a question in which you ask trying to be comical.
If it isn't, please accept my apologies- I just don't think it is funny when someone jokes about this while people, including little children are waiting for that miracle.

Opening up a black market (as there unavoidably would be) in this area, No.
I hope you cant imagine the sick levels criminal gangs across the globe would stoop to to get hold of the organs

No.
Especially if the organs are still being enjoyed by their human hosts.

Its certainly not ethical. But then it comes down to supply and demand, and if the rich west is prepared to pay for them, who's to say its wrong. Personally i think it terrible that people have to do this to be able to live, but that's another question.

I dont think its wrong if no money is involved in that. For e.g. if someone eyes gives other one a chance to see the world then nothing wrong in that....but this should not limit to the rich ppl.... if poor ppl also get that then nothing wrong in this

Never. Both the seller and the buyer are desperate and the trading will be in misery and suffering.

why not.. we already give and sell sperm, eggs and blood.
why shouldn't people be allowed to sell a kidney or bits of their liver?
at the moment waiting lists are very high so is it fair to make people die while waiting?
