He wasn't just 'greedy with his own money' - he stole millions from the pensions plans of his own employees, then actively obstructed the investigation. That's criminal, no matter who you are.

Paris Hilton may be a self-absorbed little sl*t and have a horribly shallow approach to owning animals, but she's not a thief.

Donald Trump is an arrogant blowhard (even when he's right), but he's no thief.

And Denise Rich is evidently so uninteresting I had no idea who she was without looking it up. Apparently she's an attractive, elegant, and otherwise rather boring wealthy socialite whose ex-husband was engaged in some shady dealings. *YAWN*

Hollinger International is a publicly traded company, so the money Black stole was not his.

Well, the AG's argument was that it was the shareholders money he blew. However I don't think Lord Black put a gun to their heads to make them buy into his corporation. I hope he beats the rap.
