I need to create an image for a website I've made. Is it legal to use an image search and use a pic I like? Or would that get me in trouble?

I just want to know what others think about the whole execution thing. I am open to all opinions. America invades Iraq and sets up a new government taking over Saddam Hussein. America uses the new Iraqi government as a puppet and decides to execute the former ruler of Iraq. How can America justify their place in this incident? Saddam is without a doubt a horrible person with his genocide, slaying mass amounts of countrymen. But Saddam didn't commit any crimes in America; why does America get any say in his execution (by creating a new government and the new government prosecuting)? Is it wrong for an invading country to come in and erect a new government and using them to execute the country's former ruler? America comes in to Iraq and attempts to bring peace and justice, but does so without any form of morals in mind.

Wages to be held till employer finds out what owner is going to do. Is common practice @ kennel to let dogs run the yard...just this time the previous dog owner didn't latch the gate securily. I'm being told nothing...if I am paying for the dog, if so how much, if I will still have a job after this is all over...only being told "we have to talk to our attorney". I'm not sure where I stand legally...if I'm responsible or not and for what portion. Also, all pet owners have to sign a disclaimer card stating the kennel or its employees are not responsible for anything that were to happen to their pet...please help!

blacks consume 14% of illegal drugs in the usa.
whites consume 70% of the illegal drugs in the usa.
others consume the rest 16% respectively.
while these numbers may vary slightly, this is the census information done by a consalidated group of government offices.
CONSIDER THIS: 94% of those surveyed admitted that they purchased illicit drugs from somebody of thier own race. with this in mind, if whites consume the majority of the illicit drugs imported / manufactured in the usa (70%), why do they only make up the smallest percentage of inmates and blacks make up the largest. keep in mind that the usa government documents that drugs are bought from those of the purchasers own race in almost all cases.........ILLICIT DRUGS = ANY DRUG WHETHER PRESCRIPTION OR STREET..........NOT LIQUOR

My apartment complex "lost" my first months rent payment. I have given them copies of money order receipts and my bank statement showing the money orders were purchased and have had them tracked with no success. Also, an employee of the complex has said numerous times that I did give her the money orders. However, the complex is trying to hold me responsible for this missing money. I am trying to get an attorney (even though I can't afford it) to see if I can get this resolved. Do I need an attorney with a specific area of expertise or not? And, if so, what area of expertise should I go with?

Given that he has been (he is "the" responsable of) killing people, why he is not supposed to be judged to death penalty?

"Because he is in the 'good' side". Which one is the good one?

The one which lies in order to get oil almost for free? In order to stablish a liberal government in the Middle East to extract its richness, feeding the USA financial coorporations?

The one which makes war in the name of "our Lord"?

The one which lies during the electoral time, as shown already?

Why, I repeat, why G. W. Bush should not be judged as well as was S. Hussein?

Have a good time!

I recently took some medicine that caused me several problems, the biggest being my joints. They are in constant pain and pop often. They never did this before and I have been looking on the Internet and found many other people that have had the same problem or worse. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to sue for this. I am only 18 and this impairs many physical activities I do.

At a trial setting conference my ex began making allegations in court. Nothing was ever served regarding the allegations nor did he file anything in court. He just started blurting out alegations which, if given the opportunity I could prove untrue. At first the judge told him she couldn't do anything since a third party involved in the allegations wasn't even present and the allegations weren't the issue before the court. He persisted and she gave in and made a ruling. I had no chance to answer to the allegations nor opportunity to present evidence on my behalf. I believe her order violated my rights to due process. I would like to make a motion to reconsider and have the judge removed from the case. Is this possible?
