Many regulated businesses have lists of consumer complaints. The Departments of Insurance, for example, have the numbers of complaints against agents and companies. Medical Boards have web sites which list actions against physicians.

Digging into the full measure of an organization, you would have to have knowledge of how HR operates; quality control; corporate investing practices, etc.
