I think it depends on where you live and the legal age when you're considered an adult (18 usually).
My advice is to finish High School (at least) and then leave.

I left my parents house just after turning 18 and about 6 months before graduating from H.S.

You need an attorney. Then you need to convince a judge. And there has to be a real reason, not just that daddy won't raise your allowance so you can buy a PS3. If there's abuse, or violence, contact a shelter or the police right away and they will help you. If there has been fraud or embezzlement contact the police or an attorney. And if you're just being a worthless brat then grow the f*ck up.

Depends on where you live and what specifically you are trying to do; in most places you would need to be 18 to do almost anything legally as an adult such as rent an apartment, get a credit card, etc. If you just want legal permission to "divorce" your dad, I'd suggest family services in your area for advice.
