I am deeply offended by Saddam taunting the crowd during his execution. I have seen him cursing and making fun of Iraqi employees over and over again on TV and the internet. I have found myself deeply wounded by Saddam's remarks and want to take him to court. If Jonny Cochran was still alive I would hire him, but he is now dead as well. If there is still another lawyer out there who sympathizes with my agony, please help me sue that ba.stard for the rest of his money so I can be fat and happy.

My fiancee's soon to be ex wife was a resident of the state of Florida and then took off with his two kids to California because he wouldn't go back to her. If we file for child custody here will she have to come down here or will we have to go to california? Also she is refusing to let him see the kids and we have copies of emails saying this, if she files for child custody in california (orange county) will she automatically get custody because she already has them?

I wonder, how much the crime rate has risen since they stopped them? I was glad to see that that's how they chose to punish Sadam, maybe it could start a trend. I personally think that the death penalty is WAY underused in America anyhow, I think child molestors as well as murderers should recieve that as their sentence. I live in Southern Illinois, close to Benton which is where they hung Charlie Berger in 1967, publicly, the nuece is still on display. If they brought public hangings back do you think that the crime rate would drop dramattically?

My boyfriend of 3 yrs decided to have an affair, I kicked him out. I live in California. Now we are selling our 2 houses. One house is totally in my name and we are upside down in, the other is in both of our names and there is some equity. There was no contractual agreement that once the houses sale he would get the money he put down on these houses back. Do I have to repay him the monies?

Few months ago I moved to this small town, and was living in a local hotel for weeks until we bought the condo. When I was staying at the hotel someone was using my credit card to deal at cars.com. I called the bank and cancelled my credit card, got back my money and everything seems to be fine.

Two weeks ago I looked for my husband's aunt's address and accidently typed my own name, surprisingly my name come out in 'google' as a seller of a car at cars.com! I clicked the link to cars.com but the profile was already removed possibly because the car was sold, but at 'google' it still show my full name and a local phone number with this small town prefix.

Should I research the phone number owner? I know for sure there is no other people having the same name especially in this town, besides, I had the incident someone using my credit card at cars.com.

Should I hire an attorney to investigate this or just go to the police or just leave it because it happened fe months ago?

Back in the day some mistakes, fueled by racism, were made--perhaps.

But now-a-days, now we're over it. Wouldn't it make sense to bring back popular justice? If We The People punished criminals immediately, crime would nearly disappear, I guarantee it.

As is, we're the First World country with the highest violent crime rate by far, and that's not acceptable.

Don't you think criminals would be afraid to murder, molest or rape if they knew the people would get them, skin them alive, hang them and burn their corpse?

pulling out of our driveway there was a car on the other side of th road, but right accoss from our driveway. I looked up the FL state driving book an all it says is
1. Parking is not allowed infront of driveways
2. not allowed in such a way that you block or creat a hazard for other vehicles.
The car tires were about 4" from the grass, but it was a full size car so it was well in the street. Is it all our fualt or half or none.

I think people may see death penalty as a way out, so there would be no real punishment if they want them to suffer, keep them in a cell away from society, not kill them, that would only take all their problems away. I don't believe in a second chance, that's why I believe in life imprisonment

I was trading with this person, and i have shipped out couple of authentic designer purses. The rules on that site is you have to send out first if you are new, which I am. I shipped my items, about 3 weeks ago, and i still havent heard from her. I know she's online because she posts new items in her list.

If i file mail fraud, will she get arrested? I dont want that to happen, i just want her end, or get my items back. Please help

Was Saddam's hanging too graphic, too macabre? Did Saddam deserve a peaceful, serene death?

I for one think it did the world good to see a brutal dictator put to death in the very same fashion he killed others for less cause.

So, those of you with delicate senses, what's your input? Was he deserving?

I do not know who told them they were. I worked for over 30 years and paid for my own, which is what everyone does. You should see what one woman wrote when I just asked a simple question on Yahoo answers, like if we were going to get our checks on the third since the post office has been closed for several days.check it out. You will see my explanation about why I was concerned about it,too. Also, a poor person like myself can not always ration the money because we have so many unforeseen circumstances coming up, like car trouble, appliances needing fixed, because we don't have newer cars and aplliances like everyone else. I did not understand why she was so ticked! So I went down to her level. I know I shouldn't have, but I put her down, and that is where she made a remark about helping with my medicine or check or something. Check it out, it is about motherhood, and not being the type to give her life so her kids could live, etc. So what would you like to say to people like that?

wouldn't they get arrested and convicted of driving under the influence of a controlled substance which most likely results in at least a month in jail. So why does it seem like Nicole Ritchie will get off with a 200 fine or something to that extent.

I saw it on inside edition today that a judge ruled that a couple that smoked 4 packs of cigarettes a day could not smoke in their own home anymore because the smoke smell was coming in the cracks and vents and was ruled as a "nuisance" to the adjoining neighbors. Do you think he would have ruled the same if it had been say......incense or air freshner or even frying onions smell coming in the apartments? What if they were bad cooks and always burnt dinner? Isn't that legally just as toxic and a nuisance?
