NO!!!! I don't want to know what it means, what I would like to know is,, If you really were found guilty of killing someone, (who was in fact not dead) served your time (ie 10-15 years) came out of prison, found them and killed them. Could you or could you not be charged with their murder? Not guesses please, hard facts if you have them. Thanks

Hey so you get locked up for what ever..who are you going to call? Your mother has been the victim of a violent rape...maybe a police officer? The rapist has been caputured and now where do they go? Who protects you from them escaping? Are you willing to volunteer? Before you go insulting those who protect your rights get a clue. Maybe we need a bunch of rednecks to turn their head the other way when the criminals are taking your libertys away. What do you think...are rights being violated.

It's 3 am. Absolutely no one is on the road. You are stopped at a long red light at an intersection. You know there is no one around at all. Do you wait for the green, or just go?

So i really hate going to walmart and i hardly shop there but i went anyway because its close and i was in a hurry. i went with my brother (who is 19, im 22) along with some baking supplies on xmas eve to go buy some wine for our family dinner. the dumb ***** cashier asks for my ID, checks it, and says ok. then she asks for my brother's ID, and refused to sell us alcohol. Apparently I had the intent to provide to minors. Like i was gonna get smashed with my brother on christmas with a bottle of cheap wine and some browney mix. now, im sure if i went in there with a little kid they would have sold it to me. did they discriminate against me? is there government agency i can report this to?

S.S.D. was recieved for 12 yrs., then it stopped for 7 yrs since i was in jail [for a dwi & other violations]. I was seeing a doctor & was still disabled [ while in the slammer ] .When I repayed my debt to society,I thought s.s.d. would start agian when i got out., but they only gave me s.s.i.
Now I agree they should not pay while your in jail, but according to s.s.a. law, they start paying when u are released. That was 4 yrs. ago & I got ssi, [1/2 the amount I should be getting],but I still am not getting s.s.d. like they promised.
Anyone have a similar problem?, how was it resovled,. Am I right in assuming that social security owes me s.s.d.? If i had the money in a retirement fund I would have over 1 million dollars & wouldn't be having this problem. Work your whole life for what!!!!

thank you

Bill

The ticket says I get my licence revoked until I pay, but is that it? Do I go to jail? And if I go to jail, do I still have to pay the ticket/fines? I'm planning on disputing it in court, but if I don't win I want to know if it might be worth it to just go to jail (cuz I sure can't afford the ticket).

It took 3 yrs. to gain the release of our baby from the state of Florida. A female judge allowed a drug dealer to jump bond, fly to another state and snatch the child without warning. He then took the baby back to Fl. and the drug house he had just been arrested in. We could leave Florida, but the baby could not. Anyone else with similar problem in FL.?

With the talk of the change in the legal age for buying cigarettes in England going from 16 to 18 would you buy cigarettes for a 16 year old who smokes and used to be legally able to buy their own. I did this for my brother when the age changed here in Ireland and thought it was right as he used to be 'legal' before the change.

New Years Eve. I was at a friend's house. These guys show up and I commented on his tie. He called me a 'Chinc' and a big argument erupted. My friend, owner of the house, told them to leave and they would not leave, but finally did 15 minutes later. They came back and wanted a fight and more arguments erupted. They said someone punched a guy's girlfriend at the previous visit. None of us acted in that manor or saw it. She was not there the second visit. I saw my friend get swung at, and I ran to help him and I got hit in the back of the head by an object and then hit in the face again. My other friend called the police, the police came got the report and talked to both parties. The police said they didn't believe any side and said that the county attorney would be charging us all with assault. I later had to go to the ER from the hit I had taken. Should I press charges? I know who hit me, but my friends said they didn't see who did to the police. Can I win the case?

I purchased a 1 month season ticket for a regular commute and after 2 weeks I learnt that they were closing the line and cancelling ALL trains for engineering works. I wrote to the train company (First Great Western) asking for a partial refund but they refused stating it was my responsibility to check for engineering works.

I couldnt get to the ticket issuing office to get the refund in person... because the trains were cancelled!!!
