I asked someone else to pay me $140 back so he said thats i treated him and he dont argeed to pay me back so what do i doing??

Well Ahmed, I'm sorry to tell you this but you are likely out your money. I loaned a lifelong friend (45 years +) 1500 dollars so his home wouldn't be foreclosed on and I haven't heard from him since, almost 4 years now. You can go on your local county website or city website at the circuit court level and see if you have access to a small claims court but it won't guarantee you get your money back. Sorry man, wish I had better news for you.

you can take it to small claims court but you will need A LOT of evidence to prove that it was indeed a LOAN and not a GIVEN....but good luck on your decision!
