i recently violated again for the same reason and i have court on thursday. does anyone know what might happen to me? i am on probation for Tampering with governmental record(food stamp fraud) it is deferred adjucation

It will all depend on your PO and what he or she wants to push for, the courts in your area, and also what you tested positve for on your drug test. They may decide to give you outpatient again since it has a year ago, or they might want to try to make you do some time in jail.
Good luck with it all...Try to stay clean...Especially while you are on paper.

it really depends on what your PO thinks you shuld get. Do you go to every appointment? or do you blow it off? Try talking to your PO that might help.
