How short peoples memories are, how many times did Clinton bomb Iraq during his 8 years in office? All for the same reason, WMD. The intelligence was faulty to a degree but the entire world community had been after Iraq about it's WMD program since the end of the first Gulf War. What makes me mad is people out there are saying that Bush made it all up and none of the previous 9 years of bombings, sanctions, and diplomatic pressure on Iraq about WMD's ever happened. If Bush was wrong, so was Clinton, the UN, and the entire world.

There will not be an impeachment, not because he is innocent, but because the last thing we need is for the Democrats to waste their time on a lame duck, insane President, when they have to concentrate on undoing all the damage Bush and his cronies have done to this country. What would impeachment achieve? If he was impeached, he could either be charged with a crime, or resign; if he resigned, Cheney would become President. Is that what you want?
Forget the impeachment, and start supporting the Dems in getting this country out of the hands of big business and back into the hands of the people. Let's get the pigs out of the trough!

Uh...America sold the WMD to Iraq.
Better start trying to get all of the politicians impeached, Congress, the Senate...they all had access to the same information the President had pal.Take a class.

It's not going to happen.
They'll let him serve out his term.
The democrats want the country to be thoroughly sick of him and republicans by the presidential election so they can get Hillary in.
The democratic congress and senate have a lot of reforms they want to get passed and an impeachment would delay their reforms.

They'll do it on the 12th ... of never.
But there is certainly grounds for it. He is insulated against the charge of WMD lies by the argument that he actually believed it. Of course, it showed atrocious judgement that he and his people were so eager to believe it.
The real grounds are exceeding his Constitutional power and undermining our system of checks & balances by"
1) The illegal wiretapping without Court order.
2) Keeping Congress out of the loop and their proper supervisory role.
3) Violating Habeus Corpus.
4) Detentions without Due Process.
5) Tolerating torture and renditioning contrary to treaty obligations.

Well considering he has not committed any crimes, and WMDs were found, I'd say you will holding your breath for a long time, Skippy.

Its not gonna happen. You need to get that out of your head. Just because you bought into a bunch of stupid lies, it does not make it true. It got the democrats back in power and that is all that mattered.
