what does the British law say on fencing height restrictions?

When engaging in a sword fight, height is not restricted. I remember my polish friend who wrapped himself up in barbed wire in order to sneak into the Olympics.

The guard at the gate stopped him and asked him for his ticket, so he said he was representing Poland in the fencing competition. Poor Bloke, not sure if he made it in or not.
