It took 3 yrs. to gain the release of our baby from the state of Florida. A female judge allowed a drug dealer to jump bond, fly to another state and snatch the child without warning. He then took the baby back to Fl. and the drug house he had just been arrested in. We could leave Florida, but the baby could not. Anyone else with similar problem in FL.?

Talk to your local political representative. Florida family courts need an *** kicking to move in the right direction. My family had to call a local state senator twice on them. Ticked them off, but we were able to finally get them moving.

Not FL, but CT. My oldest brother was married to a crack-addict wh*re, they had a child together and my brother wanted my parents to take custody for the baby's saftey, his ex wife was also the granddaughter of a sheriff and her mom and step-dad were loaded. I think you can pretty much figure out who got the baby...My parents were falsey arrested, and I'm not just saying that because they're my parents. I witnessed the whole incident. There were so many things the cops did wrong and after all that happened they covered over their tracks and continued harassing my family. The area we were living in had a very corrupt police force...they let a guy get away with murder because they didn't want his mom complaining that her son was arrrested again.

You get it anywhere and the times we're living in are not exactly that great. The rich get whatever they want, the criminals go free, and us people in the middle just get screwed over. Sorry to here about your experience, I do hope it all changes.
